About me

I offer both face to face and video sessions in my counselling setting based in Chesham.

I am an Associate member of ISMA and I offer help with all forms of stress management, anxiety, depression and confidence building for adults and young people.

Working from the comfort of my home, I provide a safe and confidential space to talk, explore and problem solve.

As an experienced Stress Management Trainer, I can also help your organisation address problems and get back on track. I will break down the emotional barriers that are stopping your people from performing as they should.
