I provide honest, practical and proactive counselling for stress in Chesham, helping adults and young people to make positive mindset and behavioural changes.

It is often the case that you know what the problem is but just don’t know how to stop it or make it go away.

I am an Associate member of ISMA (International Stress Management Association) and have been offering counselling for stress, anxiety and depression for many years.

These often manifest in OCD too, and I can assist in addressing this debilitating condition.

My practice is based on a strong belief that counselling should be proactive and practical. I draw on a wide range of counselling practices and theories, adapting my approach to your individual needs.
